At St Nicholas Catholic High School we strive to create a loving and supportive environment for your child. We have an excellent pastoral care system to help your child thrive academically, socially and spiritually. Above all else, we strive to create a school where the pastoral care system allows your child to feel safe and happy at school.
Each Year group has a Year Leader and Pastoral Manager. They have responsibility to lead and support all our students to achieve their best. These staff have responsibility for the pastoral care and welfare.
Each student also a member of a Form Tutor with whom they meet daily to review and support their progress and to address issues raised through our extensive personal development and spiritual, moral, social education programme.
The school is also fortunate to have a School Chaplain who offers spiritual and pastoral support.
