COURSE REQUIREMENTS:
GCSE Grade 4 or above in a Business related subject. If not studied previously, GCSE English Language or Literature at Grade 4 or above.
WHAT IS THE COURSE CONTENT AND HOW WILL I BE EXAMINED?

- Operations and analysing operational performance

YEAR 13
- Analysing the strategic position of a business
- Choosing strategic direction
- Strategic methods: how to pursue strategies
- Managing strategic change
There are three external examination papers, all equally weighted at 33% each. The examination consist of multiple choice, short answer and data response questions based on stimuli and longer answer essay questions.
